This table has many different data types of columns. It has a Net Wage Earnings After Tax column whose data type is Currency. Hi Power BI Community, I have two doubts: 1. There is a table with date, amount column. The time period of the table spans around 6 years. I am using table visual with date hierarchy (only year and month in axis). My requirement is to calculate the 3 years total for the same month.

I added an additional drop drop menu which filters a gallery for "Mission Type". Combined with the Crew filter and Year filter, I'm able to correctly use the Sum and CountRows formulas. It seems that in this scenario, it is a good practice to filter a gallery first, then pull data from it. Rather than querying the database directly.
